Inconsistency: Windows key is abbreviated in key binds menu, even though "Control" is not

The bug

The Windows key, when something is bound to it in the Controls menu, gets abbreviated to "Win". This is inconsistent with the Control key, which is not abbreviated to "Ctrl".

How to reproduce

1. Enter Key Binds
2. Bind something to a Windows key

Expected results

The Windows keys would be named "Left Windows" and "Right Windows", or the Control keys would be named "Left Ctrl" and "Right Ctrl".

Actual results

The keys are instead named "Left Win" and "Right Win", and "Left Control" and "Right Control", which are inconsistent with each other.
