Decorated pots in item form do not drop their contained items when destroyed

If a decorated pot is killed in item form, it will not spill its contents but instead will simply be killed, losing all the items inside it.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a decorated pot down
2. Put any item, or amount of items in the pot
3. Press Ctrl + pick block on the pot
4. Drop the resulting pot item on the ground
5. Briefly light the pot on fire with flint and steel

Observed Results:

The decorated pot will be killed, no items will drop.

Expected Results:

The pot item would be killed, and all it's items would drop onto the ground.
