Upside down mobs will die due to one-shots from a bow no matter how weak or strong of the bow's power.

I expected to have had to shoot the upside-down sheep that i had named Grumm, 3 or 4 times.

Instead of having to shoot three or four times, it was one shot kills no matter of the bows power.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Name a sheep Grumm
2. Shoot the sheep with an un-enchanted bow
3. The sheep will instantly die.
