F3+A only shows particles and no entities

F3+A only displays particles rather than entities. 1st image displays what its supposed to look like, and the next 2 images are what happens for me. (Zombie does not show up when I reload chunks). Just wondering if it's something to do with my settings or if it's an issue with my PC.
