Beacons don't emit vibratations to sculk sensors upon activation or deactivation.

Beacons being activated or deactivated doesn't trigger a sculk sensor.

 

Steps To Reproduce:

place a sculk sensor next to a redstone dust and a beacon. break the beacon and you can see that it turning off doesn't turn on the sculk sensor.
