Cant drop blocks, cant affect the world, times out after about 15-20 seconds

I join the server and everything is frozen?

Breaking blocks doesnt drop anything, no damage, no hitting, can build with sand in air, when i click q it drops the item but it disapears, basicaly a big lag, the whole aternos server has it, please help.

 

ITS A 1.19.2 server with origins mods + origins classes.
