Invalid signature for profile public key

We are currently working on a server project and got some servers with bungeecord ready.

There is a bungeecord 1.20 and a lobby server 1.20.1 running.

We deactivated enforce_secure_profile in both servers the proxy and the game server.

Still after one day nothing is working and we cant continue working on our project because of this bug. We cant find a fix that works for us. We need a fix because our team cant currently work.
