Middle Mouse Button (default pick block key) now scrolls when you click or hold it and it cannot be unbound.

The middle mouse button (holding down the scroll wheel) scrolls your hotbar as well as picking a block. This was not something that happened before/during 1.20.1 and is not an issue with my mouse BUT it might be mouse specific because testing it with a few other mice it only happened using certain ones. I also tried messing with keybinds but it only happens in Minecraft, not in any other games or applications.
