Nether error

I went to the nether and could no longer interact with the world

What I expected to happen was...:
I would continue playing the game normally

What actually happened was...:
I couldn't open chests, the objects I broke weren't dropped on the ground, I couldn't use the portal to go back to the overworld and I didn't take damage

I've already tested it in other worlds and everything worked fine, if there was some way for you to recreate this world it would help. (I already tried copying the world and it didn't work)

The version was 1.20.1
