Allay got damage with item from cactus

Allay got damage with item from cactus

What I expected to happen was...:
Allay with item invincible from any damage ever

What actually happened was...:
He got damage from my cactus farm and died lol its so Annoying

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Give item cactus
2. Break cactuses
3. Allay in haos flight will touch cactus and get damage
