Glowstone dust and Glowstone shift click in the same way

When I shift double clicked to move all of that item into a container for glowstone dust, it moved all of the glowstone blocks into my inventory, and when I try to move glowstone blocks, it moves glowstone. This is the only block I have tested, and it may work for other blocks.
