1.20.2 breaks LAN world joining

In 1.20.2 no matter what I do joining LAN worlds just doesn't work, I've tried to join using the multiplayer menu and direct connection but it won't let me join. Same thing on the other computer. I don't have any mods installed.

It's the next day and LAN worlds have stopped showing up in the multiplayer screen.
