/place outputs that something was generated while in a debug world

/place can say a feature or structure was generated successfully in a debug world. This obviously can't be the case because blocks cannot be placed in these worlds.

Entities generated alongside a structure (such as a villager in an igloo) are still generated.

/setblock always fails with message "Could not set the block".
Perhaps expected behavior could be output similar to this.
