/random roll ..0

/random roll command doesnt work right

 

What I expected to happen was...:
/random roll ..0

Output from -2147483646 to 0

 

What actually happened was...:

A chat message:
The range of the random value must be at most 2147483646

 

Steps to Reproduce:
/random roll ..0

When i use (/random roll -2147483646..0) it works correct
