Certain inputs pressed whilst in F3+Esc Pause will be carried out after game is unpaused

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open a singleplayer world
2) Hold an item
2) Press F3+Esc
3) Press Q whilst the game is paused
4) Unpause
5) The item is thrown as soon as the game is unpaused

Note:
Can cause ghost items
