Hoglins can't be bred

The bug

As of 23w35a, feeding hoglins with crimson fungus doesn't breed them. They neither pathfind to each other nor produce baby hoglins.

How to reproduce

1. Go to the Nether:

   /execute in the_nether run tp ~ ~ ~

2. Ensure there are no nether portal blocks or warped fungus nearby
3. Spawn two hoglins
4. Feed a crimson fungus to each hoglin
   → Heart particles are produced
   → The hoglins don't react

Expected behavior

The hoglins should pathfind to each other, then breed.
