[MC-265274] Baby villagers can generate inside the walls of houses

I loaded up a village on the villager experimental datapack on seed -7425732921933100384 and heard baby villager taking damage and cats immediately.

It was at the village in this area. /tp @s 16 ~ -1024

The cats may be caused by MC-253396?

Create a new world with cheats enabled using the following seed:
