Boats and rafts when placed turn south

When placing a boat or raft, immediately after placing it turns toward the south direction.

This behavior is only visible in this snapshot and has not occurred in the prior one.

In addition, this appears to only be consistently reproducible when placing the boat in a body of water.

Expected behavior: Boat or raft stays in the direction that it was placed in.

Observed behvior: Boat or raft turns toward south.

To reproduce:

1. Load up a world.
2. Obtain any boat or raft.
3. Place the boat in a body of water (such as an ocean).

The boat immediately after placing will turn south.
