EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) on Quilt loader. MC version 1.19.2

Trying to play on the Mythical Cobblemon pack, and im getting this error every time. Tried every possible launcher, multiple versions of Java, uninstalling everything, updated all drivers, manually installed every mod in the pack, and even contacted the specific mod packs support. Nothing has worked and I cannot figure out why. Please advise. Attached is the file.
