There's a misplaced label in the network traffic graph, overlapping minimum B/s rate text

There seems to be a misplaced label in the network traffic graph, placed above the minimum B/s rate line of text, instead of down inside the box like the other B/s limits.

How to reproduce

1. Connect into a server.
2. Press CTRL + F3.
3. Notice the overlapping label in the bottom left graph.
