Snow and ice not generating properly.

This bug can be found in snowy biomes with trees (Most noticeably snowy plains) at a chunk border that the tree crosses. It is very common. You can find it by looking for trees with parts that have no snow on top, if you look under the bugged tree you can find snow or ice generating under the snowless spots.
