Trade button select highlight scrolls with the scrollbar

The Bug

When in the trading UI with a villager and a trade selected, if you scroll the button select highlight scrolls as well.

Reproduce

• Get a villager to max trade level
• Select a trade
• Scroll down

Observed Result

The button select highlight scrolled with the scrollbar

Expected Result

The button select highlight wouldn't scroll with the scrollbar but stay with the selected trade and not render when out of view.
