Items with very large components can repeatedly kick players off a server

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Fill an entire book with " - double quotes
2) Place the book into a shulker box and use the creative copy (with NBT) to repeatedly paste the item throughout the shulker box
3) Break the shulker box so that it drops as an item
4) You are immediately kicked from the server and cannot rejoin the server until the item is destroyed
