Elements within the statistics menu are not selected in order when using the TAB key

The Bug:

Elements within the statistics menu are not selected in order when using the TAB key.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Join any world and click the "Statistics" button.
2. Hit the TAB key several times and observe how elements are selected.
3. Take note as to whether or not elements within the statistics menu are not selected in order when using the TAB key.

Observed Behavior:

Elements are not selected in order. The current selection cycle of elements is as follows:

General → Items → Mobs → Done → List

Expected Behavior:

Elements would be selected in order. The expected selection cycle of elements would be as follows:

List → General → Items →  Mobs → Done
