Missing green dye recipe?

Looks like the green dye recipe from yellow and blue combination is missing.
It's a basic color combination so I don't get why it doesn't exist in Minecraft.

Apparently the issue has been reported for a older version on the game but it still hasn't been fixed.

Is this recipe missing on purpose?
