Sniffers digging without finding seeds

About half the time when a sniffer lays down to sniff out seeds, it digs for a while and then gets up without finding anything.

What I expected to happen was...:Sniffers should find a seed (or more than one) everytime they sniff it out and digs for it

What actually happened was...:I spent 24 minutes waiting for a sniffer just to dig up one seed from that it grew up

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hatch sniffer
2. wait for sniffer to grow up
3. wait until it sniffs out seeds without actually finding seeds
