Goofy very fast spinning title screen after my game ran out of memory for no reason

I was playing on hypixel when I started lagging alot so I got out of hypixel then went back in when it ran out of memory. The warning popped up so I went to the title screen and it spinned very very fast. That's it. Can't send vid cus it's 159mb long.
