Server-See through blocks

Hi Minecraft

 

I was playing a minecraft server, and the birch leaves weren't loading in. I expected it was just lag so I kept on playing. I joined a new server and nearly every block wasn't loading in so I left and rejoined, but it was exactly the same as the last time I joined. I checked another server and all the blocks were see through. Can you fix this please?
