Loading chunks minecraft

I have a problem loading chunks in minecraft
The problem is the same, that on 2 chunks, which is on 12, I attach screenshots below
The processor is not fully occupied, as well as the RAM
My computer is quite good, because I play many demanding games at 60FPS stably
Please help to fix the problem, since there was no such problem in earlier versions (Including 1.16.5 and below).
I've been playing Minecraft for over 13 years and have never had this problem before.
