Phantom's not spawning in hardcore world (issue resolved)

Phantoms not spawning after 3+ days of not sleeping.

I also made sure to have:

{}No blocks above my head{-}

{}Above sea level{-}

{}Dark area with no cats or ocelots around{-}

However no phantoms spawned.

Issue is resolved, You can not touch a bed (get in and get out) as it will reset the timer for phantoms.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected phantoms to spawn

What actually happened was...:
Phantoms did not spawn

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I created a hardcore world in 1.20.1
2. Did not sleep for over 3 days
3. No phantoms spawned
