Netherite ingots, blocks, ore (ancient debris), scrap, tools and armor do not burn in lava

When you throw any netherite item in lava, it does not burn and disappear.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down some lava using a lava bucket.
2. Throw a netherite ingot in the lava

Observed Results:

The netherite ingot stays and does not disappear.
Expected Results:
The netherite ingot gets burned and disappears.
