Dupe glitch kind of

If you are on Minecraft 1.19.4 when I expirienced this isue not that bad if you hold the "f" key your items will switch but then while they are switch and then you hold "q" and "f" at the same time it kind of dupes but not dupping. Oh and for the website it doesn't let me put 1.19.4 so I put 1.20.1
