First level enchantment in the enchantment table does NOT work

First level enchantment in the enchantment table does NOT work: not only is it not clickable, but it seems that the preview of the enchant is not accessible. I've already tried closing and reopening the game but it didn't fix anything, same thing removing and putting back the enchantment table.

ALL THIS HAPPENS ONLY WITH THE FISHING ROD
