Players can suffocate when rotating on a camel

The bug

Camels can suffocate a player depending on the camel's rotation when near a block there is four blocks high. See 2023-06-09 11-13-16.mp4 and 2023-09-02_21.34.08.png.

How to reproduce

1. Either build the structure in 2023-09-02_21.34.08.png and summon a camel or open Camel Rotation.zip
2. Do a full rotation on the camel
   → During some angles, the camel will cause the player to suffocate
