Potion effects glitched

If you have any effect and teleport to any dimension using /execute potion effect icon disappears and with effects like slow falling you fall normal but you don't take any damage example: You drink potion of poison and you do /execute in minecraft:the_nether run tp 0 200 0 poison hearts visual disappears, but you still taking damage.
