Buried Treasure Map treated as blank map

On occasion, a Buried Treasure Map, found either in shipwrecks or Ocean Ruins, will have its name italicized as if it were merely an empty map renamed "Buried Treasure Map", alt-firing with it even removes the name and makes a filled-in map of your location
