VSync is locked on.

Despite the frame rate limit being set to "Unlimited", the FPS does not exceed 60 whatsoever.
This is not a hardware related issue, all the parts in my computer are relatively modern, and I am able to run other games (that are much more strenuous) at much higher than 60FPS.
