Chat renders on top of TAB, blocking information

The Bug
As of 1.20, text in the chat renders on top of the TAB instead of behind it which was the functionality in 1.19.4. This issues adversely affects large servers and servers that utilize the tab to display information to players as the text and player entries in the TAB get blocked by chat messages.

 

Observed Behaviour

Chat messages render in front of the TAB.

Expected Behaviour

Chat messages would render behind the TAB not blocking any information.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Join a server with a TAB that has a lot of player entries like Hypixel
2. Be on a higher GUI scale and open the tab while there's a lot of visible chat messages
3. Observe as to how these chat messages render in front of the tab, blocking text and player entries from showing
