(Custom Texture Pack) I see rectangles and blocks

I am using a texture pack I created myself that I am still doing a bit of work on. A long time ago, I had this issue but I managed to fix it due to someone else having this issue and they reported it on here & the suggested solution worked for me but now it's gone. I don't remember the name of the topic or anything like that, but from the images I put into this post, you can see the problems I see. The rectangles and blocks you see in the images are hearts in the chat (being a <3 but turned into an actual heart) and probably something else as well. If needed I can put more screenshots in as examples, but any help and solutions for this would be greatly appreciated! EDIT: Fixed, decided to try something & it worked. Ignore this post, since it needs a mod or higher now to close it.
