Camels indefinitely dash while in lava

The Bug:

Camels indefinitely dash while in lava.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a large area of lava by using the commands provided below.

   /fill ~1 ~ ~1 ~30 ~5 ~30 minecraft:polished_andesite

   /fill ~10 ~1 ~2 ~29 ~5 ~29 minecraft:lava

2. Stand beside the lava and summon a camel that has fire resistance by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:camel ~ ~ ~ {SaddleItem:{id:"minecraft:saddle",Count:1b},ActiveEffects:[{Id:12,Amplifier:0,Duration:999999}]}

3. Mount the camel and ride it into the lava.
4. Make the camel dash and quickly dismount it.
5. Observe the camel's behavior for a while.
6. Take note as to whether or not camels indefinitely dash while in lava.

Observed Behavior:

Camels indefinitely dash while in lava.

Expected Behavior:

Camels would not be able to indefinitely dash while in lava.
