Whitespace at the end of a line in allowed_symlinks.txt is not trimmed

Whitespace at the end of a line in allowed_symlinks.txt is not trimmed, wich can lead to hard to debug issues of intended symlinks not being accepted if you accidentally add a space after pasting the target path.
