The "minecraft:entity.player.hurt" sound is no longer played when players receive thorns damage from guardians or elder guardians

The Bug:

The "minecraft:entity.player.hurt" sound is no longer played when players receive thorns damage from guardians or elder guardians.

In versions less than or equal to 23w05a, the "minecraft:entity.player.hurt" sound is played, but in versions greater than or equal to 23w06a, the "minecraft:entity.player.hurt" sound is not played.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a guardian in a large area of water.
2. Attack the guardian and listen closely as you receive thorns damage from it.
3. Take note as to whether or not the "minecraft:entity.player.hurt" sound is no longer played when players receive thorns damage from guardians or elder guardians.

Observed Behavior:

The "minecraft:entity.player.hurt" sound is no longer played.

Expected Behavior:

The "minecraft:entity.player.hurt" sound would be played.
