"l" Characters on Wall Blocks Appear Right-side-up With Upside Down Text

Instructions to duplicate: 

1. Load into a creative world.
2. Change language to (uʍop ǝpısd∩) ɥsılƃuƎ
3. Search in the creative menu for 'l' (lowercase 'L')
4. Notice that all walls come up

This occurs because the upside down text cannot be typed by a regular keyboard, and the upside down 'l's are different from the right side up ones. It may be a separate bug that makes it so that you cannot properly search for any items, but I believe that it is intentional.

This also affects versions 1.19, 1.19.1, 1.19.2, 1.19.3, however the bug tracker will not allow me to add those to the "Affects Version/s" category.
