Splash Text reloading is inconsistent

Splash texts have some weird inconsistencies to when they change:

• When exiting the language, accessibility, and singleplayer menus, the splash text never changes
• When exiting the multiplayer and options menus, the splash text only changes if it's exited using the ESC key, but not when pressing the cancel and done buttons
• When exiting the create new world screen back to the main menu, which can only be done if no worlds exist, the splash text changes no matter what
