The Bug:

Players can be dismounted from vehicles in situations that will make them crawl despite other valid spaces being available.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Build the setup as shown in the provided attachment. setup.png
2. Summon a horse by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:horse ~ ~ ~ {Tame:1b,SaddleItem:{id:"minecraft:saddle",Count:1b}}

3. Mount the horse and move as close as possible to the setup while having the setup located to your right.
4. Dismount the horse and observe where you're dismounted.
5. Take note as to whether or not players can be dismounted from vehicles in situations that will make them crawl despite other valid spaces being available.

Observed Behavior:

Players can be dismounted to places that will make them crawl despite other places that won't make the player crawl being available.

Expected Behavior:

Players would always be dismounted to places that would not make them crawl if there are necessary places available that won't make the player crawl.
