Rain sounds play after exiting map.

When you exit a map that is raining the rain sound will continue to play until game is quit out of.

Reprodce:
1. Go into map with cheats on
2. Do /toggledownfall to turn rain on if it is not already
3. Let it rain for a minute or two
4. Exit map listen to the annoying sound (no offense but it is really annoying)
