'Create New World' screen still uses the old dirt texture for its background

Steps:

• Press the 'Singleplayer' button
• Take note of the dirt background texture for the "Preparing for world creation..." screen
• Watch closely as the background transitions from the new to the old dirt texture when you're at the world creation screen
• You should be able to notice the difference between the old and new texture when a few pixels change from new to old ones in the background (pretty subtle)
