Old worlds keeps crashing when I pause with Error Code -805306369

Worlds I saved and brought over from an old PC no longer work and crash when I pause the game, despite working fine previously. Not sure if its a computer problem or a minecraft problem, but it keeps giving me the -805306369 error code, regardless of previously stated fixes.
