block placed has a tiny breaking pattern

When placing a block on the spot where I just removed another block, will leave a small mark on the placed block for half a minute or until the new block is placed. I took screenshots. Here you can see that last block removed is on the right side and when I have placed two first blocks, there is no issue, but when I put the third block down, it will stay as if it starts to break.
