Minecraft being unplayable in older versions (sorry for not giving the proper version)

When I play versions bellow 1.8, a few glitches happens:

1) Some mobs will not have their texture loaded, but will have only one color.

2) If I use F5 or hold items, my camera will glitch completely and show a screen with only one color, as if my screen had only a single pixel.

3) Some blocks will not have their textures loaded, but will have only one color.
